Supplements for Hair Loss

The best vitamins, minerals and other supplements to take if you suffer from a diet based on the loss of hair (or in any case, to make your hair) are:
Vitamin great for the skin and scalp conditions by itself and for good anti-oxidant properties (to clear your skin and scalp of toxins, excess oil, and even bacterial preferences ), always follow the recommended dosage as it can never be an overdose of vitamin A. However, some dermatologists do not prescribe high doses of vitamin A for a limited period of time (always check the patient often enough) to 'strengthen' the hair follicle nutrition. If you buy over the counter vitamins (pure, not carotene), make sure you understand what is safe daily dose by reading the instructions on the label. At the same time, if you are already taking a multi-vitamin supplement must be taken into account, because they all have small amounts of vitamin A.
Vitamin C and iron: this is particularly the case for pre-menopausal women, whose iron levels are often lower than recommended. Vitamin C helps iron absorption, and together contribute to healthy blood flow to your hair follicles, vitamin C is also a great anti-oxidant (see explanation in the vitamin section ).
Vitamin E , often taken with vitamin because they work well together to promote the health of the scalp;. Another great anti-oxidant
biotin. One of the most "recommended" vitamin hair loss is Biotin or Vitamin H. Biotin is considered to some extent prevent hair loss and to prevent excessive or premature gray hair, to a certain extent. Biotin is part of the vitamin B complex, however, some people should not take extra vitamin B complex supplements, since some are sensitive to "negative" effects that vitamin B6 may have to DHT and oily skin (like us!). If in doubt, ask your dermatologist. Our told us not to take too much vitamin B6.
zinc and magnesium .
° Zinc is considered to be useful in promoting hormonal balance, including the level of DHT in the scalp. However, do not overdose on zinc and stick to the recommended dosage as indicated on the bottle (about 11mg), otherwise its balancing effect on hormones will no longer occur and May even reverse, just the time when large amounts of zinc is indicated, if you are suffering from stress, if you drink or smoke a lot, if you're recovering from the flu, or if not strict, as an athlete to exercise regularly. Check with your doctor if you are unsure.
° Magnesium is an anti-inflammatory properties (inflammatory "messengers" are associated with hair loss), except that, due to its properties also seem to cortisol levels in check: cortisol (which jeanti-inflammatory hormone that be released in the body in response to stress, sleep deprivation, starvation or fasting, unstable blood sugar levels and chronic inflammation), can cause telogen effluvium, the hair falls from all areas of your scalp in significant amounts. Magnesium, calcium and vitamin D seems to be the best combination for your health (and hair ).
